• 06/06/2026 NATS2027 website goes live with the announcement in Bathurst

  • Entry opens for NORMAL and all SPECIAL entries

  • Early-Bird Entry price ($190) begins for early NORMAL entries

• 30/09/2026 Last day for the Early-Bird Entry price

• 01/10/2026 Standard Entry price ($220) commences

• 30/03/2027 Last day for the Standard Entries (i.e. incl. shirt & goodie bag)

• 30/03/2027 Last day for full refund of Entry Fees with a cancellation.

• 31/03/2027 Late Entry conditions & pricing ($250) commences

• 01/05/2027 Last day for ALL entry types (i.e. LATE & SPECIAL)

Event Schedule

11/06/2027 

• 2:00pm - CHECK-IN commences at NATS HQ (Capital Country Holiday Park)

• 4:30pm - Welcome BBQ commences at NATS HQ, Meet & Greet.

• 7:30pm - CHECK-IN closes and Meet & Greet ends

12/06/2027 

• 7:00am - The Arboretum opens for participants to enter/park up - The venue will be will sign posted

• 8:00am - Park & Display area opens  - $20 cash on the day fee 

• 9:00am - Show & Shine opens to the public, judging commences. Food, drinks and coffee available at the various coffee and food trucks at the Show n Shine or it is just a short stroll to the Arboretum Village Centre Cafe. 

• 3:00pm - Show & Shine ends, participants can leave Show n Shine Venue at 3pm. 

• 6:30pm - Presentation Dinner commences at the Arboretum Village Centre

• 11:00-11:59pm - Presentation Dinner ends

13/06/2027 

• 7:00am - Muster Point for Sunday cruise opens for arrivals in front of the reception area at Capital Country Holiday Park and breakfast will be served. 

• 9:30am - Cruise to Cooma begins.

• 11:00am (ish) - Arrive at the Cooma Motor Museum.  Have a look around enjoy a BBQ lunch and then meander back to Canberra at your leisure  

• 6:00pm - Farewell gathering commences at the Eaglehawk Hotel

• 8:00pm (ish) – NATS2027 comes to a close, farewell until 2028!
